A self-starter, you take ownership of projects and leverage your deep technical expertise in Klaviyo to scale personalized campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications. /ppYou’ll design end-to-end campaigns that drive conversions and customer retention, leveraging your understanding of customer intent funnels, lifetime value, and churn. With a collaborative mindset, you'll work closely with the team to optimize customer journeys for maximum impact. If you’re ready to make a real impact in a high-growth environment, Exactius is the place for you. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbResponsibilities /b /pulliManage the end-to-end creation and deployment of personalized campaigns across email, SMS, and push. /liliWork with the team to plan and execute CRM strategies focused on user conversions and retention. /liliLeverage deep technical knowledge of Klaviyo to scale CRM efforts and improve personalization strategies. /liliDesign, manage, and execute A/B testing, multivariate testing, and segmentation experiments, while identifying KPIs to track results. /liliUse data sources like Count to analyze CRM metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize engagement, revenue growth, and meet business goals. /liliParticipate in meetings to improve CRM functions, troubleshoot challenges, and brainstorm new customer engagement methods. /liliRespond to urgent tasks and provide support during high-traffic periods or system performance issues. /liliExplore new technologies, platforms, and channels to effectively engage audiences (e.g., Dynamic Yield integration with Klaviyo). /liliStay updated on CRM trends to propose innovative strategies for program efficiency. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbRequirements /b /pulli4+ years of experience in CRM marketing, comfortable leading strategy discussions for lifecycle marketing, email marketing, retention, and monetization. /liliProficiency in Klaviyo (experience with Salesforce, Iterable, Braze, or Customer.io is a plus). /liliWorking knowledge of email HTML, CSS, liquid logic, and SQL. /liliHands-on experience with optimizing conversion-focused email, SMS, and push campaigns. /liliAvailable to work with European clients and must be available from 9 AM - 2 PM EST for meetings with the US team. /liliExperience with BI platforms like Count and Tableau. /liliProficiency with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies. /liliStrong understanding of CRM best practices and global compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR). /liliStrong project management skills, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure. /liliThrives in a remote environment with excellent communication and collaboration skills. /liliA data-driven mindset, able to analyze trends and make recommendations based on campaign performance. /liliStrong storytelling skills, able to simplify complex ideas. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhy Exactius? /b /pullibReal Impact /b: Work with fast-growing international brands and directly impact their success. /lilibFlexibility /b: Work remotely with flexible hours, giving you control over your time. /lilibGrowth Opportunities /b: Join Exactius at an exciting stage with ample opportunities for professional development. /lilibDynamic Team Culture /b: Collaborate with top professionals from diverse backgrounds. /lilibCareer Evolution /b: As Exactius scales, you’ll have the potential to evolve your career and shape the company’s future. /li /ul
