Responsibilities
* Develops and implements account plans aligned with the overall strategy set by the Sales Manager (Regional/National).
* Builds strategic relationships with clients, maintaining high contact levels (telephonic / face-to-face) to address their specific requirements, monitor, and grow existing business.
* Provides professional and exceptional client service in all interactions.
* Identifies and generates new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
* Reports on sales opportunities and achievements regularly (weekly/monthly).
* Converts potential sales opportunities into revenue using WIKA CRM.
Your Profile
* Technical degree.
* At least 5 years of proven experience in high-performing Territory or Field Sales, preferably with Calibrators and Instrumentation.
* Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
* Ability to build, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
* Proficient in written and oral communication in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
* Experience managing relationships with large end users and distribution channels.
* Willingness to travel within the region as needed, sometimes at short notice.
* Autonomous, mature, and professional in dealing with individuals at various seniority levels.
* Strong time management skills, capable of handling multiple business aspects simultaneously.
* Ability to build resilient relationships across WIKA worldwide.
