Compensaciones / Beneficios
* Provide indirect tax advisory on strategic commercial and functional initiatives globally
* Update and assess indirect tax legislation changes and their impact
* Identify, mitigate, and manage indirect tax risks
* Manage tax authority relationships and liaison for indirect tax
* Oversee tax litigation and audit activities related to indirect taxes
* Offer business advisory on indirect tax topics and support key projects (M&A)
* Interact with senior management and deputise for the Director of Tax when needed
* Lead and develop cross-functional teams across HBX entities
Responsabilidades
* +8 years in a multinational tax environment
* Detailed knowledge of international tax matters and advisory for direct/indirect taxes
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication across all levels and ability to educate/ influence
* Fluency in English and Spanish;
other languages desirable
* Hybrid role with Spanish base and frequent international travel
* Travel industry experience strongly recommended (TOMs)
