Business Development Representative (BDR)

The role involves contacting Australian and New Zealand companies, speaking to IT managers, and gathering information on relevant IT topics. The primary objective is to generate a qualified lead – an appointment between the IT manager and a client’s sales representative – during our Warm Handover process.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients in Australia and New Zealand.
- Ask targeted questions to identify needs and decision-makers.
- Qualify prospects and create qualified leads.
- Schedule meetings between IT managers and client sales teams.
- Collaborate closely with our clients’ sales experts (e.g., Intel, Dell, Fujitsu).
- Participate in a four‑week onboarding program to develop industry knowledge and networking skills.

Qualifications

- Native‑level English speaker.
- High proficiency in another European language is desirable but not required.
- Experience in a phone‑based sales or outreach role.
- Target‑driven mindset with a can‑do attitude.
- Must reside within the Madrid Region (Comunidad de Madrid) and be legally eligible to work in Spain full‑time.

Work Schedule and Location

Full‑time role (30 hours per week, 5:00–11:00am daily). After the first month, work will be performed from home within the Madrid region, except for two Fridays per month at the office from 8:00–14:00, subject to company rules. Remote work options are available for this position.

Compensation and Benefits

- Monthly salary approximately €1,780 (unpaid).
