¿Dónde vas a trabajar?Multinational Healthcare/Medical Device Company¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?The EMEA BI Analyst will create the whole BI project for EMEA team helped by the BI HQ team.- Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends and insights. Create and maintain dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.- Data Visualization:
Design clear and visually compelling reports using different BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Quick BI) or Excel, sometimes from different data sources.- Business Strategy Support:
Work with teams to identify opportunities for improvements and growth. Provide Ad hoc reports when needed and present insights to leadership to guide decision-making.- Database Management:
Assist with database and data warehousing solutions, ensuring data accuracy.- Performance Monitoring:
Track KPIs and provide recommendations to optimize business performance.- Trend Identification & Forecasting:
Use analytics to forecast trends and stay updated with industry changes¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?The EMEA BI Analyst should have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in BI or a similar role.- Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and SQL.- Expert user of Microsoft Excel.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to present data insights clearly to non-technical teams.- Ability to collect, document, and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders.- Being flexible in responding to changing business requirements or shifting project goals.Preferred:
