Overall Purpose of Job : Plans and forecasts sales for designated brand(s).
Collaborates with discovery, development, and marketing functions to search for new targets through systematic assessment of market trends, unmet customer needs, and competitive activity.

Main Activities / Tasks :
* Lead and develop product market launch strategy
* Lead new indications needs and market entry strategies
* Focus on developing and implementing tactical and strategic elements of brand plans
* Develop relationships with key scientific and business opinion leaders and other stakeholders
* Provide specific support to sales force demands
* Lead the Brand Team, establishing a collaborative team environment with other departments (especially MAF & MEDED, HEMAR)
* Represent the OpCo at international meetings within CVT
* Prepare and implement local marketing activities (Ad-boards, Proactive meetings, etc.)
* Lead agency and marketing material development
* Lead the development and implementation of digital activities
* Represent at national and international scientific congresses, managing booth panels and activities
* Respond adequately to competitive threats
* Product forecasting
* Establish information demands and oversee the Market Research Plan
* Work closely with European Product Manager to ensure adherence to global branding and positioning principles
* Maintain relationships with vendors
* Report all suspected adverse reactions within 24 hours and communicate with Pharmacovigilance
Requirements :
* Previous experience as a Product Manager (Pharma) is valuable
* Experience / knowledge / training in Marketing is valuable
* A university degree is essential; biosanitary background preferred
* High learning capacity, motivated by challenges and continuous improvement

* Familiarity with local regulatory and legal environment
* Knowledge of HCBI requirements and principles
