We are hiring a Data Scientist with a strong combination of statistical modelling and AI/ML expertise to work on high-impact business problems across supply chain, forecasting, and manufacturing analytics.
\n
This role requires a balance of decision science (math & statistics) and modern AI capabilities (including Gen AI/LLMs), working in a cloud-based data environment (GCP / Databricks).
\n
Key Responsibilities
\n
Build and deploy predictive models for demand forecasting, optimization, and analytics
\n
Apply statistical modelling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design to solve business problems
\n
Develop scalable data pipelines using Python, Py Spark, and cloud platforms (GCP / Databricks)
\n
Work on end-to-end ML lifecycle (data → model → deployment → monitoring)
\n
Leverage Gen AI / LLMs for data augmentation, insights generation, and automation
\n
Perform feature engineering, EDA, and data wrangling on large datasets
\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into business impact
\n
Must-Have Skills
\n
7-12 years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning
\n
Strong foundation in statistics, hypothesis testing, and experimental design
\n
Hands-on experience with Python (pandas, Num Py, scikit-learn) and Py Spark
\n
Experience with GCP (Vertex AI) or Databricks
\n
Knowledge of ML lifecycle management (MLflow / MLOps)
\n
Experience with Gen AI / LLMs (RAG, prompt engineering, etc.)
\n
Nice to Have
\n
Experience in time series forecasting / demand planning
\n
Exposure to supply chain or manufacturing analytics
\n
Knowledge of MLOps practices (A/B testing, drift detection)
\n
GCP certifications (Data Engineer / ML Engineer)
\n

Location: Madrid (Hybrid – 3 days/week office)

Employment: Employment contract/ B2 B
\n
Salary: €55,000 – €60,000 gross annually (flexible based on experience)

Joining: Candidates available within 2-3 weeks or immediate preferred
