We are looking for a Recruiter who enjoys hiring complex technical roles, partnering closely with hiring managers, and playing a visible role in a fast-growing deep-tech company operating across both product development and engineering services.
This is not a volume recruiting role.
You will work on specialised hiring that directly impacts real engineering programmes and products.

What You Will Do
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and corporate roles.
Actively source specialised candidates across engineering and business functions.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy.
Run structured interviews and coordinate technical assessments.
Ensure a professional, transparent and consistent candidate experience.
Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Contribute to improving recruitment processes, tools and ways of working.
Minimum Requirements
3–5 years in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting.
Exposure to motorsport, advanced engineering or electrification environments.
Strong sourcing capability and curiosity for finding hard-to-reach talent.
Structured mindset with attention to candidate experience and process quality.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Fluent English.
Nice To Have
Experience using behavioural assessment tools in selection processes (e.g. Predictive Index or similar).
Interest in growing beyond pure recruitment over time.
