Your Mission at Factorial
As a Content Creator Intern, you will be at the heart of our content strategy. Your role will be truly hybrid: from filming and starring in videos for our organic channels to helping the Performance and Global teams draft scripts that actually convert.
Your Main Responsibilities:
* Creates High-Impact UGC Content: You will be the mastermind behind SEO-based content for our blog and organic social media, as well as creating assets for paid ads and providing on-site event coverage.
* Drives the \"Paid Sprints\": You will support our Performance Marketing Manager and Global teams by appearing on camera, editing, scripting, and scouting for new hosts to ensure our filming days are a success.
* Social Media Management (Oktopost): You’ll help keep our calendars on track, upload content, and attend alignment meetings. You’ll also be responsible for creating social media pieces like carousels and stories, handling both the copy and the design.
* Camera-Ready Execution: Total fluency and energy are a must. You can explain complex HR concepts in a simple, engaging way.
* \"Native\" Video Production: You are a pro at fast-paced mobile filming and editing (CapCut or similar) with a social-first aesthetic. You know exactly what rhythms work in today’s feeds.
* SEO & Copywriting Optimization: You already know your way around meta-descriptions and H1s. You will apply SEO best practices to optimize landing pages, articles, and video scripts.
* Influencer Marketing Support: You will assist with influencer marketing campaigns whenever the team needs an extra hand with outreach or coordination.
What We Need From You (Must-Haves):
* Camera-Ready: You feel like a fish in water when the red light is on. You have strong communication skills and a natural presence.
* Filming & Editing Skills: You know how to handle a phone (framing, lighting, audio) and can edit dynamic content with ease.
* Design & Social Media Savvy: You have the ability to create engaging carousels and stories, handling both the creative copy and the visual design.
* Introductory SEO Knowledge: You know what a keyword is and you’re eager to dive deeper into the world of search optimization.
* Languages: Native-level Spanish and fluent English. We are an international team, and you will use both daily.
* Strategic Mindset: You understand that a video shouldn't just be \"pretty\"—it needs to meet a goal (educate, generate leads, or build branding).
