Naturitas is an e-commerce company dedicated to bringing natural products that care for people and the planet: organic and eco-friendly food, natural cosmetics, supplements, and more. We are present in over 20 countries and continue to grow, exploring new markets and opportunities for new talent to join our journey. We are looking for a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist to support our social media team (including the Italian market) in developing and executing social media strategies, community management, and influencer marketing collaborations for our brands, to engage and grow our target audience across current and future social media channels in Italy.
Responsibilities
Strategy development: Develop and implement social media and influencer marketing strategies that align with brand goals. Set measurable objectives for campaigns. Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices.
Campaign management: Plan, execute, and manage social media and influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement and conversions. Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators.
Content creation: Create high-quality, engaging and optimized content for various social platforms and blogs. Develop a content calendar, prepare briefings and copies for shootings, and support content for newsletters, paid campaigns, and website promotions.
Community management: Manage the community by replying to comments and direct messages. Handle mentions and maintain an active presence to engage followers and collaborators.
Influencer marketing: Identify and build relationships with key influencers and brand ambassadors relevant to the target audience. Develop an UGC strategy to improve engagement with credible, organic content.
Qualifications
University degree in Digital Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
Certifications in social media management and data analysis.
Advanced knowledge of social media management tools and performance metrics (e.g., Hootsuite, Storrito, Influencity, among others).
Strong knowledge of the Italian market regarding social media trends, top influencers, and agencies.
Native Italian speaker with fluent English; additional languages such as Spanish are a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or companies.
Experience creating and executing content strategies that drive engagement and community growth; ability to increase brand visibility and organic engagement.
Good negotiation skills with influencers.
