Join Academia DiscoverAt Academia Discover, we don’t just teach English. We use it as a way to guide students in something deeper: personal development, critical thinking, and real-life skills that will stay with them long after they finish their studies. We are not a typical academy, and we are not looking for typical teachers. Our team is made up of people who care deeply about what they do, who support one another, and who believe that education has the power to make a real difference. Here, students learn how to manage stress, take care of their mental and physical health, think critically about technology, build healthy relationships, and take responsibility for their actions and their world. Of course, we prepare them thoroughly for Cambridge exams, but that is only one part of what we do.We want to work with educators who feel aligned with these values. People who are kind, grounded, and comfortable working as part of a team. People who are creative, adaptable, and ready to step away from textbooks to deliver lessons that feel meaningful and alive. Our content is designed in-house and reflects the values we believe in, so teaching it requires someone who truly connects with our vision. This is a position for someone who loves teaching, not someone seeking a temporary job while exploring their next career move. If you're excited about growing professionally, forming real relationships with your colleagues, and experiencing the balance and charm of small-city life, we’d love to meet you. What we offer:- 20 contact hours per week, giving you time to rest, plan, and enjoy life outside the classroom- Evening classes only, with no morning shifts- 9-day paid induction- Paid Christmas holiday, always a minimum of two full weeks, aligned with the local school calendar- Paid Easter holiday, one full week, also in line with school breaks- **Summer holiday**: on top of Christmas and Easter breaks, and school bank holidays, teachers are entitled to 2.5 calendar days of paid holiday per month worked, which is paid out at the end of the school-year contract.
