The Role
The Implementation team at TravelPerk manages the onboarding of our new clients. We are looking for a German-speaking Onboarding Specialist responsible for successfully executing and launching implementations within your portfolio. You will analyze the specific needs and circumstances of each customer to propose a tailored implementation plan. Your success will be measured by the completion and adoption of the TravelPerk platform among your customers' users. You will be the subject matter expert in change management and deliver a 7-star onboarding experience.
The role requires superb communication, project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. While tech-savvy and familiar with basic technical concepts such as integrations and open APIs, you do not need to be an expert immediately.
What you’ll be doing :
* Lead cross-functional project teams to implement new clients successfully.
* Initiate, plan, execute, control, and close implementation projects, including developing requirements documentation, finalizing deliverables, and building client-facing communications.
* Review contracts, optimize resource management, and validate process quality.
* Serve as the first point of contact for client escalations during implementation.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve account ramp-up goals.
* Ensure accounts are staged, scheduled, and prioritized according to client and business needs.
* Communicate complex and technical information clearly to all audiences.
* Ensure project team members understand timelines, tasks, risks, and issues.
What we look for :
Proven track record of managing and delivering projects in an international environment. Native or near-native German proficiency. Fluency in English (written and oral). Experience implementing products for different clients. Candidates with experience in travel agency or training sectors are considered. Organized, structured, with good analytical and recommendation skills. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels and adapt communication accordingly. Motivated by challenges and driven to make a difference.
