About The Role
As the Product Expert in Omnichannel Products at Nespresso, you will be responsible for analyzing and defining business and functional requirements, collaborating with team members to translate these digital requirements into meaningful user experiences and strategies, and ensuring quality products.
The Product Expert is also involved in validating the Digital Solutions delivered to ensure that the functional requirements are met.
As Functional Expert, you will become the go-to person for knowledge related to this area and will be the owner and main contributor of the domain-specific product documentation.
What You’ll Bring
* Identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and actively contributing to scoping assessments to determine project feasibility.
* Highlighting and identifying gaps in existing functionality, documenting relationships between application components (end users, business processes, data, applications, devices), and recommending improvements or automation opportunities.
* Assuming primary ownership in developing comprehensive requirement specifications, estimating costs, time, and resources for solution deployment.
* Liaising with the service development team to suggest high-level functional solutions and recommending process improvements using new or existing technology.
* Providing documentation, training, and coaching to business users, development, testing, and support teams.
* Ensuring stakeholder involvement in specifying new or upgraded services, organizing and prioritizing backlog items to deliver business value.
Who You Are
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Proven experience of 3+ years as a Business or System Analyst, including at least one successful large-scale project in Digital Touchpoints.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in structured problem-solving frameworks.
* At least 3 years of experience in digital projects like e-commerce, web/app development, analytics, or digital marketing.
* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
Bonus Points If You:
* Have experience in omnichannel B2C industries.
* Have a background in FMCG or luxury sectors.
* Have worked with technologies like Commerce Tools, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce, Genesys, or Chatbots.
