French speaking Customer Service Sales Representative, Barcelona We are currently recruiting for a French speaking Customer Service Sales Representative to join our client's office in Barcelona!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contact potential clients using various channels (phone, email)
Manage inbound calls and ensure quarterly quota is reached
Respond to inbound emails in a timely and accurate manner
Place outbound calls when required
Quote creation and follow up
Use upselling/cross-selling techniques to maximise revenue
Stay up to date with active promotions and campaigns to maximise their success
Ensure personal knowledge of the portfolio is maintained
Answer and deal with customer post-sales requests
Cover order cancellations, claims management, order and delivery follow up, refund requests and escalations using multiple tools, such as CRM & Order Status Suite.
REQUIREMENTS:
C2/fluent in French, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
Comfortable communicating using various channels (telephone, email)
Knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc.)
Computer literate with solid IT knowledge and technical understanding
Strong personal interest and curiosity in IT products and applications
Outstanding communication with ability to emphasise, negotiate and persuade
Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
Exceptional customer-facing and customer care skills
Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in a timely manner
Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
