About the job We are looking for a Bid Specialist to join the Rail & Transit team in our offices in Bilbao or Madrid.

Supporting the preparation, coordination and presentation of competitive bids and proposals for railway projects.
Ensuring that all tender documentation complies with customer specifications, industry standards and internal quality benchmarks.
Tracking tender opportunities, submission deadlines and bid progress using project management tools.
Supporting the tender team in preparing presentations and materials for client meetings and interviews.
Assisting with post-tender evaluations and contributing to the continuous improvement of tender processes.

About you Apply if you
Have studied engineering or a similar subject.
Have 1 to 2 years experience in tender support or proposal coordination, ideally within the rail, transit or infrastructure sectors, and in supporting bids in collaboration with partners.
Have knowledge of international public procurement processes in the railway and transit sector.
Are familiar with railway and transit terminology, standards and procurement processes.
Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Adobe InDesign or graphic tools for bid production is an advantage.
Are a team player with technical excellence.
Can work independently with a flair for innovation.
Do have an advanced level of English.
