**_ Duties and Responsibilities_**
As GWSS Supervisor, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of Grow With Six Senses department in the following:
- Supervise, manage, train and lead Grow With Six Senses team.
- Plan, organize, conduct and create kids' activities following Six Senses values, standards and procedures.
- Set up Grow With Six Senses room and equipment.
- To make, reconfirm and verify guests' bookings.
- Request and collect stock and supplies in accordance with minimum stock levels.
- Record daily requisitions in the balance or record book.
- Ensures all equipment and working area are kept clean and in good working condition.
- Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
- Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
**_ Skills and Experience_**
To execute the position of GWSS Supervisor, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least more than three years of experience in a similar role, background in kindergarten/school teaching; or similar.
- Very good command over spoken and written English.
- Have a demonstrable artistic talent; creating learning stories for children.
- Valid UE visa/work permit.
