Job Description:
An opportunity for an Industrial Maintenance Technician has arisen within Airbus Operations, Getafe (Madrid).
The selected candidate will join the Industrial Maintenance Technician team.
Responsibilities:
* Perform L3 and above corrective & preventive maintenance of industrial assets respecting all applicable HSE rules.
* Supervise maintenance of complex systems (automation, electrics, etc.).
* Specialize in your area of expertise: technology, machines, etc.
* Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and implement solutions.
* Support the Life Cycle analysis with data input.
* Contribute to maintainability analysis (PARETO, Costs, RCM, etc.).
* Prioritize daily work orders based on production needs.
* Schedule preventive maintenance with the production calendar.
* Schedule statutory inspections on machines.
* Coordinate team competencies for interventions requiring specific or legal authorizations.
* If spare parts is a MAKE activity: analyze stock and order spare parts.
* Improve technical availability of assets.
* Achieve MTTR objectives for L3 and above activities.
* Complete Work Orders and close them in the CMMS.
* Provide diagnostic feedback to supervisors and engineers.
* Supervise maintenance operators on complex system tasks.
Maintenance Planner Responsibilities:
* Schedule preventive maintenance tasks as per plan.
* Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment.
* Manage work orders considering production priorities and resources.
* Align maintenance plans with production schedules.
Skills:
* Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or related.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in the field.
* Soft skills: Adaptability, networking skills.
* Languages: Advanced English.
* Technical knowledge: SAP, Office.
