An expanding trading firm entering an exciting phase of growth and looking to strengthen its technology delivery capability. As part of this, they are offering the opportunity for an experienced Delivery Manager / Scrum Master to support their strategic programme build-out and ensure projects are delivered on time, to scope, and in line with business expectations.

The Role
Working closely with technology teams, product owners, and senior leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring projects progress effectively through the full delivery lifecycle. You will provide structure, transparency, and momentum across multiple workstreams, helping the organisation improve delivery discipline as it scales.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading Scrum ceremonies and ensuring agile principles are embedded across teams
* Driving timely and efficient delivery of technology projects
* Maintaining clear delivery roadmaps, sprint plans, and progress reporting
* Supporting cross-functional coordination across development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams
* Identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers—and managing these proactively
* Acting as a trusted partner to stakeholders, ensuring expectations are aligned and communication is clear
Experience Required
We are looking for a Delivery Manager / Scrum Master who has previously worked within the trading space, ideally in fast-paced environments where technology underpins commercial decision-making.
You should bring:
* Proven experience delivering projects within trading organisations
* Strong exposure to trading technology applications, such as: ETRM/CTRM systems, Web-based applications, bespoke or internally built trading tools
* A solid background working in Agile environments
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* The ability to bring structure and clarity to complex delivery programmes
* Experience coordinating cross-functional technology teams
Previous experience working with commodities, energy, or financial trading environments will be highly advantageous.
This is an onsite position in Gibraltar with a salary around £80k but flexible for the right candidate. Along with this it has broad range of benefits including discretionary bonus, healthcare, pension, and more, plus assistance with the relocation.
