You will have access to:* Career development with an international company where you can grow the career you dream of.* A company named one of the most admired companies in the world by Fortune.* A company that is recognized as one of the best big companies to work for as well as a best place to work for diversity, working mothers, female executives, and scientists.**What You’ll Be Working On*** Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job specifications.* Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for Early Careers, entry- and mid-level positions.* Designing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.* Creating compelling job advertisements and managing online postings.* Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, referrals, and local partnerships.* Assessing candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.* Conducting interviews and collaborating with HR and hiring managers to evaluate candidates.* Managing the offer process, including preparation, negotiation, and extension.* Building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners.* Ensuring accurate and timely documentation in our ATS (Phenom and Workday).* Continuously improving recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and satisfaction scores.* Representing the company at recruitment events and identifying opportunities to enhance our employer brand visibility.**What We’re Looking For****Required Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.* Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).* **Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English*** Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for entry- to mid-level roles.* Familiarity with sourcing tools, social media platforms.* Ability to thrive in a matrixed, geographically diverse organization.* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.* High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Experience recruiting in the **healthcare industry**.* Working knowledge of **Workday** and other applicant tracking systems.* Proficiency with **LinkedIn Recruiter** and candidate relationship management tools.* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
