Major Accountabilities
* Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with decision-makers in healthcare organizations, address and resolve data access issues, develop a sales pipeline, oversee the sales cycle, and coordinate workflows with data providers and internal teams.
* Collaboration with External Stakeholders: Work with healthcare regulators and professional associations, represent Savana at industry events to promote solutions and generate leads.
* Security & Compliance: Operate according to security policies, report incidents, and suggest improvements.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
* Over 10 years of experience, with a background in selling SaaS in healthcare and health insurance sectors.
* Understanding of technology, big data, and AI in health.
* Fluency in English and Spanish; fluency in German or French also required.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and experience managing international teams.
* Interest in health innovation, ability to communicate with pharma medical departments, willingness to travel, and capacity to work independently or in teams in a fast-paced environment.
