The research group "Impact and prevention of mental disorders", led by Dr. Josep Maria Haro seeks a Postdoctoral Researcher with experience in online interventions to promote mental health and wellbeing.
We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team in advancing the development, evaluation, and implementation of online interventions for mental health. This position provides an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of digital mental health, psychology, and technology, contributing to research that enhances accessibility, engagement, and effectiveness of mental health interventions delivered through digital platforms.
Job Description
- Research & Development: Design, implement, and evaluate online interventions, including mobile apps or digital programs.
- Data Analysis & Publication: Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, analyze engagement metrics, and publish in high-impact journals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, epidemiologists, clinicians and data scientists.
- Grant Writing: Contribute to funding applications
Requirements of the candidates
- Holding a PhD degree in a health-related discipline (Psychology, Medicine, Public Health, etc), social science or a closely related subject relevant to the project study, is a requisite
- Relevant experience of research in the field of the study; i.e.: experience in international projects, published manuscripts in peer-reviewed journals
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and/or qualitative research methods
- Excellent scientific writing skills, with a track record of peer-reviewed publications
- English and Spanish (Written and Spoken), knowledge on Catalan will be evaluated positively
What we offer
* Full time contract (37.5 hours) with a trial period of 4 months
