The Role
Logitech G is looking for an Esports & Partnership Manager to develop and execute our esports strategy. You will help make Logitech G the gear of choice for professional gamers, engage with esports athletes & fans worldwide, and develop content and programs for Europe. You will be part of a team of gamers and professionals focused on advocacy and adoption for Logitech G, a top brand in gaming.

Responsibilities
1. Drive the esports marketing strategy in the region by building a roster of teams/athletes and running campaigns to secure leadership positions for Logitech G.
2. Support local teams by developing relationships with esports teams, athletes, and communities within Europe. Manage major projects with local teams.
3. Handle negotiations, develop frameworks, and manage processes for smooth operations with teams and athletes.
4. Execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and content deployment targeting the esports community and hardcore gamers.
5. Build strategies to integrate professional athletes and organizations into Logitech G programs, collaborating with the global PRO team.
6. Implement global campaigns with locally relevant strategies to promote the esports story in the region, ensuring alignment with company values and mission.
7. Represent the brand to gaming and esports communities and partners.
8. Develop marketing and brand partnerships across Europe to increase awareness and conversions, supporting local teams at every customer journey stage.
9. Guide and supervise local teams in planning and executing esports and gaming events in Europe.
10. Communicate the Logitech G story and partnerships across channels.
11. Engage with local markets to promote Logitech G gear among top players and rising stars.
12. Monitor competitors' activities and provide insights to internal teams.
Key Qualifications
* Experience developing marketing programs from inception to execution.
* 3+ years in esports or sports marketing roles within game publishers or esports companies.
* Deep understanding of esports and effective gaming communications.
* Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and brands regionally.
* Skills in analyzing competitor strategies and innovating best practices.
* Strong networking, organizational, and program management skills.
* Experience managing external agencies.
* Leadership ability and partner interaction skills.
* Data-driven decision-making skills.
* Self-motivated, passionate, and energetic.
* Strong presentation and negotiation skills at the C-level.
* Fluency in English.
