Your success will be directly rewarded through an unlimited commission structure.</p><p><b>Main responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><b>Partnership Development</b>: Proactively identify, approach, and build strong relationships with strategic partners, affiliates, communities, and key opinion leaders (KOLs). Maintain high outreach velocity and continuously expand a quality partner network.</li><li><b>Business Growth & KPI Achievement</b>: Drive regional performance by improving key commercial metrics related to customer acquisition, engagement, and overall revenue contribution. Deliver measurable business impact through disciplined execution and performance tracking.</li><li><b>Full BD Process Ownership</b>: Independently manage the entire BD lifecycle - prospecting, qualification, negotiation, follow-ups, closing, and post-deal maintenance. Ensure fast execution and a healthy pipeline.</li><li><b>Client & Partner Relationship Management</b>: Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with partners. Increase engagement, retention, and contribution through proactive and high-frequency communication.</li><li><b>Market Research & Competitive Insights</b>: Monitor regulatory updates, competitor strategies, user behaviour, and market dynamics in the EU region. Provide actionable insights and identify new partnership opportunities.</li><li><b>Localized Marketing Collaboration</b>: Work closely with marketing teams to support localized content, community engagement, and event initiatives.
