Are you ready for the challenge?
Build, engage, and develop top-quality relationships with our enterprise customers through regular communication and proactive improvement plans.
Manage your own customer portfolio, keep information updated daily, and build tracking reports on account status.
Support clients from contract signing to ensure top-quality onboarding, implementation, and training.
Maintain constant contact with existing clients to understand their requirements, needs, and expectations, and strategize personalized sales plans.
Provide after-sales support, including cross-selling, up-selling, churn management, and fostering long-term, transparent, and trustworthy relationships.
Ensure prompt and accurate responses to client queries with personalized feedback.
Promote and explain new products/services and functionalities to existing customers.
You will collaborate closely with various teams—especially sales, product, and development—serving as their main contact, making your feedback highly valuable.
Hold regular video meetings with clients to generate engagement and showcase relevant product updates.
English proficiency is required; additional languages are a plus. We are international!
Previous customer-oriented experience is preferred; other sales, customer satisfaction, or related experiences are highly valued.
You enjoy making processes easier for customers and colleagues. If you encounter a roadblock, you want to smooth it out!

Strong organizational skills with extensive use of CRM tools and portfolio management.

Structured career paths & starting salary between 25,000 and 35,000€ OTE (including 20% uncapped variable)
