As the Electronics Design Engineer, you will design and develop new products for the commercial and residential domain, support existing products, and respond to technical queries from factories and customer support teams.

You will maintain existing designs, ensuring they meet modern low‑power microprocessor, 32‑bit ARM, RF SoC, high‑speed digital circuit, analog design and EMC & safety standards, while providing documentation to support the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Electronics Hardware Products – C‑Bus, Wiser, SAE
Follow Schneider Electric OCP procedures, tools, and methodologies in the product development processes
Interpret customer requirements into engineering deliverables and identify gaps in specification
Utilise the DFMEA process to identify risks associated with the desired design
Conduct detailed design of products, in accordance with all internal systems and procedures
Maintain documentation to support the design
Qualifications
Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
Current experience with modern low‑power microprocessors and 32‑bit ARM microprocessors, RF SoC for ZigBee, Bluetooth, etc.
Experience with high‑speed digital circuit design
General knowledge of analog design
Familiarity with EMC & safety standards
Experience in product specification, documentation and development, preferably in a product engineering environment
Knowledge of dimmers, relays, sensors is a plus
Experience in embedded software design in ‘C’
