This position will be available at the Avenida de los Campones Gijon Asturias 33211 ES and report directly to the Transfer Pricing Manager.We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Transfer Pricing Associate to join our global finance team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with a strong interest in international finance, economics, or accounting. The analyst will support the company’s global transfer pricing compliance and strategy, focusing on intercompany transactions, financial analysis, and monthly close activities across multiple jurisdictions.The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following :
Track, analyze, and reconcile intercompany transactions (covering services, royalties, and tangible goods) to ensure everything aligns with global pricing policies.Collaborate across tax, legal, accounting, and business units to ensure accurate invoicing and seamless execution of intercompany operations.Help design, implement, and refine intercompany pricing strategies and policies that support compliance and operational efficiency.Support monthly close activities by preparing and reviewing transfer pricing entries and ensuring intercompany balances are accurate and aligned.Perform profitability and variance analyses to evaluate the financial health of related-party transactions and support strategic decision-making.Build and support financial models to simulate transfer pricing scenarios and forecast impacts across global entities.Assist in preparing and maintaining robust transfer pricing documentation, including local files, master files, and quarterly forecasts.Contribute to cross-border projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the efficiency and compliance of global operations.The Following Is Required For This RoleBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
experience with financial systems (e.G., SAP) is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.English level :
