Activity: Industrial group manufacturing machinery
Position: Internal sales/Application Engineer/Backoffice.
Reporting relationship: Regional Manager.
Workplace: Santa Perpètua de Mogoda (Barcelona).
Responsibilities: His or her role manages the sales support component of the company, including technical coordination (Application Engineer) and the administration and tracking of quotes and orders (Internal Sales/Backoffice). Its main function is to facilitate and optimize the sales process from the office, acting as a bridge between the sales, technical, and logistics teams, and the customer. The position entails the following tasks:
- Working with your pairs (ASM) in a region / market.
- Support the ASM in an existing customer base and acquisition of new customers in his area.
- Selection of products, offers and customer advice on technical aspects.
- Generate pump economical and technical quotes for the ASM / region / market required.
- Technical support to ASM & Spare parts (including offers when required).
- Develop strategic customer relationships.
- Support ASM in the contract negotiation within set limits.
- Competition and market observation.
- Marketing activities.
- Sales budget responsibility for his area.
- Follow management required tasks, targets and indications.
