Who are we looking for?
We seek a talented SMM Manager to join our marketing team, focusing on developing strategies that increase engagement, leads, and brand awareness through social media and influencer collaborations.
What You’ll Do
* Manage our Social Media Channels, primarily LinkedIn and Instagram;
* Create engaging content and campaigns to grow our community and keep track of social media trends;
* Support our community by responding to comments, DMs, and reviews;
* Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for better engagement and lead generation;
* Identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations with influencers and bloggers.
What We’re Looking for
* At least 1 year of social media management experience (your portfolio is highly valued);
* Experience working with influencers;
* Native-level German and fluent English language skills;
* Strong relationship-building skills for engaging, negotiating, and maintaining influencer and partner relationships;
* Creative, growth-oriented mindset;
* Experience in EdTech is a plus.
