As a Digital Solution Advisor, you will translate HR and people-strategy challenges into compelling, value-based narratives for SAP SuccessFactors. You’ll engage cross-functional teams to drive pipeline, support deals, and accelerate cloud adoption. Your storytelling and discovery work will help customers modernize HR processes and elevate employee experiences. This role offers visibility, collaboration, and a chance to shape HR cloud transformations at scale.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead digital and virtual engagements for SAP SuccessFactors (Core HR, Talent, Employee Experience, Workforce Analytics)
• Deliver executive-level presentations, demos, and solution walkthroughs aligned to customer priorities
• Conduct discovery to understand HR challenges and transformation goals
• Collaborate with Sales and VAT to develop value-based narratives, roadmaps, and cloud transition strategies
• Support RFx responses, proposals, and competitive positioning for HCM opportunities
• Ensure smooth handovers post-sale and support ongoing customer success motions
• Support digital demand generation initiatives and collaborate on persona-driven content
• Create and maintain SuccessFactors digital assets and solution content libraries
• Provide sales enablement through training materials, guides, and best practices
• Serve as trusted HCM advisor to sales teams in customer conversations
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, HR, Information Systems, or related field
• 2+ years in presales, solution advisory, consulting, or customer-facing xpzdshu roles (or 4+ years in relevant HR tech / SaaS)
• Solid understanding of HCM processes (Core HR, Talent, Performance, Learning, Employee Experience)
• Experience with cloud-based SaaS solutions in B2B
• Strong presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Comfort delivering virtual/digital engagements using modern collaboration tools
