At Capitole Consulting, we are supporting one of our clients operating in a complex enterprise technology environment with a strong focus on IT operations, service governance, and infrastructure transformation.
For this challenge, we are looking for a Service Manager IT/OT with experience in ITSM, ITIL, Service Now, Infrastructure Services, Cloud Environments and Vendor Management .
You will be responsible for governing and evolving critical IT and OT services, ensuring operational excellence, service quality and alignment with business objectives. This role combines service management, incident leadership, vendor governance and continuous improvement initiatives across a complex technology landscape.
Leading IT/OT service governance and lifecycle management.
Monitoring and improving SLAs, KPIs and operational performance.
Managing strategic technology vendors and service providers.
5+ years of experience in IT Service Management
Experience with ITIL processes and Service Now
Infrastructure management background
Cloud environments (Azure, OCI or similar)
Strong stakeholder management skills
OT / Industrial environments experience
Project Management experience
1,200 per year for training.
