We have a new and exciting opportunity to join ALTEN for a long-term contract. In this role you will be an integral member of our Business Data Management team in our Madrid offices.
What are we looking for?
We are seeking for someone with a burning interest for operational data and who wants to work as an operational controller in an international environment.
The position is located at our headquarters in Madrid, Spain.
Your role
As operational controller, you will have a dynamic role where you will participate in the performance of the operational / reporting tasks of the team, which are the following :
* Producing weekly, monthly & quarterly operational reports
* Following, maintaining, and optimizing the company\ 's performance by analysing the numerous operational indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
* Using the main work tools and reports by gathering data and perform analysis such as MS Excel.
* Performing cross-operations with other Departments (HR, Recruitment, and Finance).
* Providing the best quality reports and analysis business meetings and performance analysis of our sales team (variable salary calculation, eligibility for promotions…).
Your profile
* Academic degree in Business or equivalent.
* Experience in business / operational control or motivated to learn in this field.
* Advanced knowledge of commands of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivots).
* You are native in Spanish, and you have a professional level of English, spoken as well as written.
