Mission :
The Strategy team plays a critical role in shaping the company's future by challenging the status quo, ensuring strategic clarity, and enhancing communication between management, the Board, investors, employees, and partners.
We are looking for a Strategy Manager passionate about shaping the company’s future, with strong analytics skills, a collaborative and down-to-earth approach.
Your responsibilities :
* Challenging and supporting decision-making
* Critical advisor to the business by challenging assumptions and decisions
* Analytical insights to guide the executive team in making informed decisions
* Identification of risks and opportunities that can impact the company’s strategy
* Lead the development of the company strategic plans and goals and ensure alignment across business
* Work with the executive leadership team to define priorities
* Market and competitive analysis
* Ensure alignment with Board expectations
* Support articulation of strategy internally and externally
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following :
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; Master's degree a plus
* Proven experience of 4-5 years in consulting, advisory, corporate strategy roles, or a related field
* Track record in leading strategic planning and influencing senior leadership
* Excellent analytical skills
* Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and presentation skills
* Ability to navigate complex business challenges and drive results in a dynamic environment
