Role (collaboration, not employment)
We are looking for an independent Property Rentals Specialist (self‑employed / autónomo) based in or around Marbella to help us grow our rentals portfolio.
This is not an employment contract .
You work as an independent professional and invoice us based on a clear commission split.
What you do
* Source and sign new rental listings (short‑ and long‑term).
* Manage and update rental inventory in our CRM and portals.
* Handle enquiries and coordinate viewings with clients and owners.
* Negotiate rental terms and support the process until contract/signing.
* Upsell extras such as boat charters and other services.
What we provide
* Commission‑only model with a transparent, attractive split.
* Company phone number, email and WhatsApp line.
* Access to CRM, lead portal and property database.
* In‑house marketing support (campaigns, ads, content).
* Admin support for contracts and documentation.

You
* Live on the Costa del Sol.
* Are already autónomo or willing to register and invoice.
* Have strong sales and customer service skills;
