**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. ✍️ **WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? **✍️
- At least** 5 years** of experience as a** Business Analyst **and at least 3 of them related to Retail & **eCommerce** services.
- Familiar with costumer experience and digital touchpoints.
- Experience with **Agile environments.**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in **data analysis tools** and techniques.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- **English Fluent **as you will be working at an international and multicultural enviroment and english is the day to day language.
**WHAT WOULD BE A PLUS?**
- Experience at big companies.
- Fluency in Spanish, French, German...
- Experience with virtual teams and Hybrid enviroments.
