Will you join us in our mission to drive the future of mobility?
Your responsibilities:
As our Senior Microsoft 365 / Azure Engineer, you will be a pivotal part of our international Technology Team, playing a crucial role in creating and maintaining building blocks and standards relating to our Microsoft infrastructure, Windows operating systems, and workplace products. You will supervise the implementation of solutions according to the design, maintain design documents within the domain, and ensure their completeness and integrity. You will research new innovations, deliver proof of concepts, and visualize, articulate, and solve complex problems.
Your qualifications:
You are analytical, precise, and critical. You are a good communicator and passionate about maintaining an optimal Modern Workplace. You have a background in Technical Computer Science or a related field. Additionally, you meet the following criteria:
* Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
* Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written; German is desirable.
* Preferably 5 to 10 years of relevant IT sector experience, including at least 2 years as a Microsoft Tenant administrator.
* Proven experience with Microsoft M365 services, including Intune, Autopilot, AD, AAD/EntraID, Conditional Access, SPO, PowerShell, etc.
* Familiarity with hybrid environments: on-premises with a focus on cloud.
* Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise cloud-managed workplaces.
* Living within commuting distance of a Nedschroef location (remote work possible 1-2 days a week). Barcelona location preferred.
* Relevant certifications are a bonus.
