In this role you drive value for existing customers through strong relationships and cross-functional collaboration, while accelerating adoption and upsell opportunities. You act as a trusted advisor, shaping customer strategy and feeding insights back to product teams to influence roadmap. You will manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle from onboarding to go-live in a new vertical, with a focus on performance and growth. This is a global, fast-paced environment where you contribute to Amadeus' mission to advance travel technology and customer success.

• Build and sustain long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Drive ramp-up and integration from signature to go-live in a new vertical to ensure successful implementation
• Lead initiatives to increase product adoption, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement
• Serve as primary contact and trusted advisor, addressing priorities and monitoring satisfaction, adoption, and performance
• Collaborate with Travel Unit and Hospitality teams to identify and prioritize opportunities
• Support sales during and after prospect engagements by participating in discovery meetings and workshops
• Contribute to proposals, RFPs, and delivery plans with internal teams
• Act as a bridge between sales and delivery, ensuring solutions meet expectations and maximize account value
• Provide structured customer feedback to Product Management and R&D to influence the roadmap
• Proactively manage the sales pipeline using up-to-date CRM data
Responsabilidades
• 5-6 years of experience in account management or similar client-facing role
• Excellent relationship-building, stakeholder influence, and cross-team collaboration
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into account xpzdshu strategies
• Strong problem-solving, proactive issue handling, and autonomous work style
• Understanding of industry trends and regional/cultural nuances; knowledge of tours and activities sector is a plus
• Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments; goal-oriented with continuous learning
• Fluency in English; Spanish, Portuguese, and/or German is highly desirable
