Legal Counsel
at Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure Ltd to contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive legal records and analysis on a variety of matters.
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts (such as PPA, EPC, O&M), agreements (such as SHA), and legal documents under the guidance of Senior Legal Counsel.
Ensure legal documents align with the company’s policies and regulatory requirements.
Assist the General Counsel and Senior Legal Team in managing legal matters and preparing reports, presentations, and other legal documents.
Maintain an organized system for legal documentation, ensuring easy retrieval and access for the legal team.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.
Master’s degree in Law and/or Corporate Transactions (desirable).
Excellent English language skills (written and spoken), C1 level is required.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with multicultural and cross-functional teams.
Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
Experience & Technical Qualifications
4-6 years of experience working as a lawyer in a law firm or an international company, preferably in the energy sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
