The Position :
You will manage and oversee Maintenance Services (LINE MAINTENANCE) operations at our Madrid or Lisbon bases, serving as the primary contact for maintenance issues at the station.
You will represent Panasonic Maintenance Services in high-level customer meetings, coordinating activities related to service levels, contractual disputes, and new service issues.
Key Responsibilities :
* Train, supervise, evaluate staff, and manage hiring and termination to maintain performance.
* Supervise staff responsible for maintenance and daily tasks.
* Coordinate with teams to meet business goals.
* Develop and review administrative tasks, work schedules, and reporting standards.
* Ensure personnel have proper training and understand their responsibilities.
* Present relevant information and metrics to customers and internal teams.
* Maintain inventory control and reporting.
* Report maintenance issues to the appropriate centers and communicate aircraft problems during transit.
* Comply with laws and regulations, cooperate with authorities.
* Coordinate labor needs and station openings/closings.
* Manage union meetings.
* Ensure stations meet maintenance standards and procedures.
* Review practices to ensure compliance with FAA, EASA, and company policies.
* Coordinate with QA for station audits and certifications.
* Oversee service delivery, ensuring contractual commitments are met efficiently.
* Maintain dispatch reliability.
* Coordinate with third-party maintenance organizations.
* Ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
* Manage media loading within the area of responsibility.
What we're looking for :
Education / Experience :
* Valid A&P, EASA, or regional license.
* Previous airline line maintenance experience, especially in electronics/avionics.
* Experience in supervisory roles.
* Ability to analyze diverse situations and recommend policy changes.
* Ability to set objectives and manage resources to meet goals.
Knowledge / Skills :
* Proficient with Windows, Word, Excel, email.
* Experience with line maintenance projects is a plus.
* Knowledge of electronics, troubleshooting, and networking systems.
* Financial and budget management skills.
* Teamwork and conflict resolution skills.
* Effective communication in English, both written and verbal.
* Experience in delivering high-level presentations.
* Ability to manage 24/7 operations.
Other Requirements :
* Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.
* Pass security and background checks.
* Valid driver's license and airport access requirements.

What we offer :
Competitive benefits and a total compensation package, including a salary range of EUR 43,400 - 86,800, with potential bonuses. Final offers depend on experience, skills, and location.
