Your missionAs a Sales Operations & Pricing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the sales organization by driving data-driven decision making, pricing strategy, and sales performance monitoring .You will transform complex data into actionable insights, ensure the reliability of sales data and tools, and help optimize pricing and commercial performance across multiple geographies. You will work closely with sales teams, senior leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders in an international environment.Key Responsibilities Sales Analytics & Business Insights Analyze large datasets from multiple sources (ERP, CRM and other systems) to provide business insights and performance trendsDevelop and maintain sales performance dashboards and analytical reportsMonitor and update key KPIs, including on-time and correct delivery performanceConduct analysis on sales performance, pricing strategies, product portfolio and segment trendsPerform market, competition and customer analysisConsolidate and analyze segment data across 50+ geographiesPrepare clear and impactful presentations for senior managementSupport the automation and improvement of analytical processesMaintain and improve Power BI dashboards and reportingPricing & Commercial Performance Support pricing strategy through pricing analytics and performance trackingMaintain pricing structures and customer pricing data within the CRMMonitor pricing discounts and pricing consistencyProvide data-driven recommendations to optimize pricing and profitabilitySales Operations & CRM Ensure data quality and maintenance in CRM systems (pricing, customers, configurations, users, addresses)Monitor and resolve blocked orders with sales teamsDevelop dashboards to track sales KPIs, adoption and sales effectivenessSupport UAT testing for system updates and releasesSupport and train sales teams on CRM usage and best practicesDrive continuous improvement of sales operations processesProfile we are looking for Education Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, Marketing or related fieldExperience 3+ years of experience in sales operations, pricing, business analytics or commercial performanceProven ability to analyze complex data and deliver actionable insightsExperience working with international stakeholders and cross-functional teamsSkills Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (pivot tables, pricing analysis, dashboards, presentations)Strong experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI preferred)Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage large and complex datasetsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent English required (additional European language is a plus)Carrier est engagé dans l'égalité des chances et l'inclusion.
