At Schneider Electric Solar we are looking for a Junior Finance Business Analyst to join our Finance team in an international and dynamic environment. This is a great opportunity for a professional who wants to continue developing their career in finance, gaining exposure to different areas of the business and contributing to decision-making through financial analysis and reporting.
What will you do?
In this role, you will support the Finance team in key activities related to financial analysis, reporting, controlling, and business support. Your main responsibilities will include:
Supporting the monthly and quarterly financial performance analysis, identifying variances, risks, and opportunities.
Participating in the accounting close process, ensuring accurate postings, accruals, and reconciliations.
Assisting in the preparation of financial reporting for internal stakeholders and group reporting purposes.
Collaborating as a business partner, supporting decision-making through financial analysis and models.
Monitoring costs, analyzing key drivers, and supporting forecasting and budgeting processes.
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and corporate policies.
Contributing to the improvement of financial processes and promoting efficiency and digitalization initiatives.
Working in an international environment, collaborating with different teams and functions.
What do you need to be successful?
We are looking for a professional with a solid foundation in finance and strong analytical skills, who enjoys working in collaborative and fast-paced environments.
Key qualifications include:
Solid knowledge of finance and accounting (general accounting, controlling, and reporting).
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with financial tools and reporting systems.
Understanding of cost analysis and cash flow.
Good communication skills to interact with international stakeholders.
Ability to adapt and perform in dynamic and changing environments.
Collaborative mindset and a strong orientation toward continuous improvement.
What other knowledge would be valuable?
Intermediate level of Microsoft Office.
English level B2.
Knowledge of NetSuite (Oracle) and SAP will be considered a plus.
Knowledge of Tableau will be valued.
