What You'll Do
* Scale our performance marketing across Google and Microsoft.
* Manage daily budgets and lead execution across 5+ countries.
* Manage and optimize campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads - from keyword expansion to automation and bidding.
* Proactively test new Google Ads features and betas, exploring opportunities before broader industry adoption.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Martech, Data, Product, Brand and SEO to ensure accurate tracking, strong creative/copy and brand alignment.
* Drive automation, tracking, and performance reporting at scale.
* Report on performance and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
* 3+ years in performance marketing with a focus on lowering CAC, improving ROI, and driving revenue growth.
* Deep expertise in Google Ads operations, bidding strategies and automation.
* Excellent grasp of data analytics.
* Experience with BI tools (e.G., Tableau, Looker) and advanced spreadsheet modeling.
* Strong communicator with a strategic mindset and sharp execution skills.
* Hands-on with experimentation, designing A/B, geo and incrementality tests to drive measurable ROI.
* Creative problem solver who combines analytical rigor with ownership and initiative.
* Fluent proficiency in English.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
* Degree in engineering, computer science, another technical field, or equivalent experience.
* Experience in the beauty/wellness/health industry.
* Proficiency in one or more of these languages: German, Dutch, French, Swedish, Italian, Spanish.
