We’re hiring for the role of Head of Product (Enterprise Solutions Unit) .
Tasks in the role
* Define and articulate the vision and roadmap for the enterprise platform, aligned with business objectives.
* Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive differentiation to inform product strategy.
* Collaborate with other product teams for seamless integration with existing Semrush products.
* Drive the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
* Develop and prioritize product requirements based on impact, feasibility, and goals.
* Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams for successful execution.
* Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to stakeholders.
* Establish metrics to measure product success and guide future improvements.
* Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather feedback for product enhancement.
* Lead a team of product managers, overseeing performance and development.
* Prepare and update headcount plans in collaboration with leadership.
Who we are looking for
* 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
* 5+ years of experience managing teams.
* Domain expertise in Digital Marketing / SEO is preferred.
* Experience in startups or fast-growing tech companies.
* Strong communication skills in English.
* Client-facing experience with empathy and passion for customer success.
* Comfortable working with large datasets and data-driven products.
