Role Overview
As an SAP HCM Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering tailored HR and Payroll solutions for clients across various industries. You’ll work in a hybrid model, with the option to be based in Madrid, Barcelona, Albacete, Málaga, or Granada.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, optimize, and support SAP HCM solutions, with a focus on Spanish Payroll.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Ensure system performance and compliance with local payroll regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP HCM trends to drive innovation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on SAP HCM experience, including Spanish Payroll project exposure.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and local regulations.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or English.
- Must be already based in Spain.
