 
        
        The Battery Cell OEM Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, integration, and delivery of battery cell projects with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners. This role involves managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring all technical and quality standards are met. The Project Manager will act as the main point of contact between the company and its OEM partners, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance with industry regulations.

brProject Planning and Management 
brDevelop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. 
brCoordinate with internal and external teams to ensure project milestones are achieved. 
brMonitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery. 
brStakeholder Management 
brKeep stakeholders informed of project status, risks, and issues. 
brProvide technical guidance to project teams. Collaborate closely with RD, Process Engineering, Quality, and other stakeholders to align process development efforts with organizational goals. 
brEnsure that all project deliverables meet technical specifications and quality standards. 
brRisk Management 
brIdentify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. 
brMonitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle. 
brDrive continuous improvement initiatives across different processes to ensure all deliverables meet quality and regulatory standards. 
brImplement best practices and methodologies to enhance process efficiency, product quality, and yield. 
brMaintain detailed project documentation, including plans, reports, and records. 
brPrepare and present regular status reports to senior management.

brMinimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the Automotive or battery cell manufacturing industry. 
brAdditional trainings as training or certification in Project Management or related fields will be a plus. 
brFluent in English and other European languages are advantageous.
