What You’ll Do
Be the Guardian of Quality – Inspect aerospace components, assemblies, and processes to ensure everything is up to spec – no compromises.
Find and Fix – Identify defects, troubleshoot root causes, and work hand‑in‑hand with production and engineering teams to solve problems before they take flight.
Raise the Bar – Help us improve our inspection processes, finding smarter, faster ways to maintain top‑tier quality without slowing down progress.
Document the Journey – Record inspection results and generate reports – because quality isn’t just what we do, it’s what we prove.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in aerospace, automotive, or high‑tech manufacturing
Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and inspection methods
Sharp attention to detail – you spot imperfections others miss
Knowledge of ISO standards, quality systems, and reporting procedures
English is a must – our working language
Flexibility for morning‑afternoon shift rotation each week
Working hours – 7 hrs‑15 hrs for morning shift. 14 hrs‑22 hrs for afternoon shift
Nice‑to‑Haves
Experience with non‑destructive testing (NDT)
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
Basic understanding of composite materials or advanced alloys
