THE ROLE :
We are seeking a CHIEF MARKETING & SALES OFFICER to oversee and manage all aspects of our marketing and sales strategy.
Responsibilities include :
* Marketing and Sales Strategies :
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies aligned with company goals to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
* Plan, implement, and evaluate sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives.
* Assess the value proposition of products regularly.
* Develop marketing strategies for new products or markets in line with the company vision and standards.
Market Research and Analysis :
* Conduct market research to identify customer needs, opportunities, trends, and challenges.
* Provide market forecasts and reports by analyzing and interpreting data.
Digital Marketing :
* Define digital marketing strategies, action plans, and KPIs to monitor performance, including website management, email marketing, social media, and lead generation.
* Oversee creative marketing campaigns across channels, ensuring brand consistency and ROI maximization.
* Develop lead generation and nurturing processes to convert leads into sales.
* Evaluate and optimize channel performance; manage vendors and third-party partners.
Data Management and Performance Analysis :
* Monitor sales and marketing performance continuously.
* Establish and track KPIs; analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Forecasting and Pipeline Management :
* Develop sales forecasting and pipeline management processes to track opportunities and identify bottlenecks.
* Analyze sales data to inform strategies and develop relationships with channel partners.
Customer Relationship Management :
* Implement CRM strategies to enhance customer interactions and retention.
* Use CRM data to generate insights supporting sales and marketing decisions.
Qualifications :
* Degree in marketing or related field.
* 5-10 years experience in a similar role.
* Proven expertise in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, advertising, and CRM management.
* Extensive experience in the US market.
* Fluency in English and Spanish.
* Passion for cycling.
