Under close supervision, this job performs basic global trade and compliance transactions, ensures compliance and helps to drive continuous improvement in support of the business strategy and objectives. /p h3Location Remote Work /h3 pWe offer possibility to work remote 2-3 days per week after implementation period. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liAssists with routine global trade and compliance operations activities within a country or region in support of business goals, including supporting execution of global trade and compliance transactions aligned to business strategy and objectives, and validating import and export transactional data and document requirements to complete cross border filings and clearance. /li liSupports regular audits and assessments of trade transactions as required to ensure compliance with related regulations, customs requirements and trade agreements. /li liSupports analysis and helps ensure trade documents, including invoices, preferential trade documentation, shipping documents, export licenses and other cross border documents are accurate, complete and in compliance with legal and fiscal requirements, and maintains records according to guidelines. /li liInteracts with internal and external collaborators and partners to assist the implementation of cross border trade solutions. /li liCollaborates with the analysis of key performance indicators and performs basic analysis for compliance operations in the designated location to support process effectiveness. /li liAssists with the execution of internal global trade and compliance projects as needed to support operational process or policy improvements. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Minimum qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in a related field (economic, logistic, financial) or equivalent experience. /li liCourses in customs or experience in customs, including internship. /li liProficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. /li liFluent English, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in chemistry or chemical knowledge. /li liExperience in customs classification or/and origin determination. /li /ul h3Our Offer /h3 pWe provide a fast paced stimulating international environment, which will stretch your abilities and channel your talents.
