The role involves incident resolution, enhancements, and supporting reporting and planning processes.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport SAP BW upgrade activities and analyse the current BI/reporting landscapeCollaborate with key users to gather requirements and address incidents and enhancementsCommunicate effectively with business stakeholders and end users to align on deliverablesAssist with user adoption across BW reporting and SAC PlanningMonitor and track incident resolution, enhancements, and reporting effectiveness RequirementsStrong experience with SAP BW, including upgrade projectsHands-on experience in BW modelling and reporting using Analysis for Office (AFO)Practical experience with SAP SAC PlanningAbility to work closely with business users and manage incidents and enhancementsFluency in Spanish and good command of English (minimum B2 level)This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-impact project within a collaborative and evolving BI environment.
