Business Development Representative, Global Digital Centers of Excellence (Madrid or Dublin). Focus on developing quality pipelines and supporting the field sales organization to drive new revenue for BMC.
Responsibilities
*
* Collaborate with the Field Sales Team to build a territory plan, reach out to new and existing customers to identify new revenue opportunities.
* Develop inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities for the field sales team.
* Identify target accounts and engage key decision makers with compelling outreach.
* Ensure enablement and training are part of daily operating rhythm.
* Contribute to global projects, innovating solutions to everyday problems.
Qualifications
*
* 1+ year experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or similar commercial role within a corporate or scale‑up environment.
* Italian language – C1 level and business‑level fluency in English.
* Confident communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Demonstrated achievement against quarterly or annual quota, with evidence of meeting or exceeding targets (pipeline creation, meetings booked, opportunities influenced).
* Experience with software or technology sales preferred, with interest in enterprise‑level solutions.
* Ability to consistently generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound follow‑up, and account research.
* Strong attention to detail, particularly in CRM hygiene, activity tracking, and follow‑through.
* Proactive, high‑energy “go‑getter” mindset, willing to learn, test new approaches, and take ownership of results.
* Comfortable working in a metrics‑driven environment (KPIs such as activity levels, conversion rates, and quota attainment).
Additional Information
Travel may be occasionally required for business.
