Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare the commercial budget in collaboration with the CCO and establish annual sales objectives.
2. Manage business development: prospect new accounts, retain existing clients, and develop markets.
3. Collaborate within a professional, multinational sales team environment.
4. Execute the commercial sales strategy to meet monthly and annual targets, including negotiation with customers on price and volume.
5. Expand sales across Europe by identifying and nurturing new client relationships, emphasizing post-sales support.
6. Maintain pricing and margin control, conduct sales analysis, and support strategic planning.
7. Provide technical support and assist with claim resolution for end-use applications.
